Diabetes Hope Foundation will be hosting our milestone 25th Anniversary Golf Event on June 20, 2022 at the Lebovic Golf Club in Aurora, Ontario in support of community programs for youth living with diabetes.

As restrictions are slowly being lifted, we want to continue to ensure the safety of all of our golfers, therefore, staggering tee off times at 10-minute intervals beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Registration fee includes day of play with carts, as well as 2 additional passes for play during the 2022 season.  All plays include two meals, on course snacks and three beverage tickets.

 

Proceeds from the annual event will be used to support the Foundation’s core community health initiatives – Scholarship & Mentorship, Transition, Mental Health Peer Support T1D Buddy programs as well as our newest initiative; Parents talking to Parents webinars.

 

A charitable tax receipt for a portion of the entry fee is also available.
